I am a founding Executive Director of Benchmark Solutions, Inc. and a Senior Valuation Analyst/Advisor at the firm. Professionally, I am an industry leader in Financial Valuation specializing in business and commercial real estate analysis and valuation for business owners, investors, commercial real estate agents/brokers, bankers and forensic engagements.
I have significant graduate and post graduate education, training and experience in financial valuation & analysis, specifically, the analysis and determination of the economic value of businesses, business assets, commercial real estate and associated capital investments. I am a recognized subject matter expert in financial valuation, capital structure optimization, the acquisition of financing, expected and required rates of return, the recognition and measurement of systemic and company specific risk factors, and the financial aspects of merger and acquisition transactions. I have published many articles pertaining to these topics, some of which can be found on LinkedIn as well as the Benchmark Solutions Inc. website.
Prior to co-founding Benchmark Solutions, I was a Chief Financial Officer in the healthcare and biotechnology space, specializing in corporate acquisitions. Today, I provide services within the fields of healthcare, technology, agriculture and beverage alcohol that focus on financial valuation, specifically business and commercial real estate analysis and valuation, as well as the financial aspects of merger and acquisition activities. I have successfully managed numerous transactions in these industries, including several that are notably high-profile.

Susan Winters Finch, MS, MBA
Executive Director and CHIEF Economist
For more than 25 years, Susan has focused her career on the various facets of corporate finance that revolve around historical, current and predictive views of business operations for clients in order to assess potential returns on investment in Merger and Acquisition transactions as well as for Strategic Financial Planning. As an economist, Susan has expertise in Financial Analysis, Financial and Economic Modeling, Financial Planning and Financial Decision Making. Susan also has considerable experience in Econometrics for the purpose of understating forward-looking estimates of economic growth, demand, and inflation and their potential impact on earnings quality.
Prior to co-founding Benchmark Solutions, Susan was a Vice-President of Marketing in the hospitality industry while also having held several similar executive positions within the industry. In more recent years, through Benchmark Solutions, Susan has held key Senior Finance positions, both in-house and virtual, in the fields of healthcare and technology.
